Ordering and delivery
When we receive your order on our website, you will receive a receipt on the email address you provided in connection with the purchase containing information about your order.
We may not be able to accept an order if there is a problem authorising your chosen payment method. In these cases, you will be informed.
NØIE offers the following delivery options:

GLS (Denmark only)
Shipping starts at €5.95. The cost varies depending on the choice of delivery method and destination and will always be specified at checkout. We offer free shipping from 55€ to EU & the UK.
We reserve the right to make changes or updates to these Terms of service at any time.
Risk and ownership
When the order is delivered to you, or to a third party directed by you, the products you have ordered become your responsibility.
Prices and payment
All prices on the international website are listed in EUR including Danish taxes, duties and VAT.
In our shop you have the option to pay with the following means of payment:
If you choose to pay by debit card, you are insured against abuse, as you have the option to decline a payment when you receive your payment statement.
You have the option to raise objections regarding unauthorised charges to your card provider within 8 weeks of the charge, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.
The payment data you send in connection with the purchase of goods on NØIE paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL).
We will capture the full payment when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. At the same time, we will send you an email containing tracking information. Should we be required to deliver your order in multiple consignments, the payment will only be charged when the last part of the order has been shipped.
We do not charge card fees.
If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.
As part of our service, we offer recurring orders where you decide for yourself how often you want the products delivered. The money will be automatically deducted when shipping your order via our partner Stripe from the payment card you used when you signed up for the service. By choosing this service, you automatically accept payment in your selected interval.
The money is withdrawn in the desired interval until you no longer want to use the service. You can cancel recurring orders at any time. In other words, there is no lock-in period and you can terminate from day to day. If you don't deactivate your recurring order, we will continue to deliver the selected products in the selected interval.

Cancellation of the order
You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact us at: email@example.com.
Once you receive the tracking information email on your items, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
Right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without reason within 30 days. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you (or one of your designated third parties, but not the carrier) get the goods in physical possession.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must state your decision to withdraw this agreement in an unequivocal statement. The declaration should be sent to us via firstname.lastname@example.org or at the following address:

The cancellation deadline is met if you submit your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation deadline has expired. If you like, you can use the default form at the bottom of this section.
The effect of the cancellation is that we will refund your payment, including delivery costs, if your entire order is returned (but no additional costs as a result of your choice of a different delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and below in any case within 30 days of the date we receive notice of your decision to cancel your purchase, if the goods have been received in our warehouse or you can provide proof of shipment.
Once you inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase, you must return the goods without undue delay and within 30 days from the date you informed us that you wanted to exercise the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30 days.
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the goods. The amount you can get refunded depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs refunded.

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a right to complain within 24 months after purchase. The right to complain means that you can complain about product defects and deficiencies within 24 months after purchase. It is a condition that such deficiencies have not arisen as a result of your improper use or other injurious use of the product. If the complaint is justified, you can either get the item exchanged, your money back, or a price reduction depending on the specific case.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. Complaints within 2 months of the time of purchase are always considered timely.
If you would like to complain, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Describe the problem with the product as extensively as possible, and include the order number or order confirmation.
With the right documentation, we reimburse reasonable shipping costs for returning the item when the claim is justified and if the original product is required to be returned. Please contact us at email@example.com to receive a return label.

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the value of the item is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), within 14 days of the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We can withhold payment until we receive the item, unless you send us documentation for creating a return.
We will refund the purchase amount for the items you have returned. The payment will automatically be transferred to the payment method you used for the purchase within 1 - 2 working days (note that some banks have longer processing time). The receipt for the refund will be sent to the email address you provided in connection with the purchase.
We will process the refund with the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

Changes to the order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed. You have the option of canceling the order (see more about this under “Right to withdraw”) and placing a new order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information we have about you in our systems or that you provide in connection with an order, including address, email, payment information, etc., is up-to-date and accurate, so that we can complete your order(s) and contact you if necessary.

Subscription terms for recurring orders
As part of our service, we are offering recurring delivery of your products. You decide for yourself how often you want the products delivered. The money will be automatically deducted upon dispatch of each fixed delivery. The money is withdrawn in the desired interval until you no longer want to use the service. You can cancel the subscription when it suits you. In other words, there is no lock-in period and you can terminate from day to day. If you do not deactivate the subscription, we will continue to deliver the selected products in the selected interval.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day we made the agreement.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from the date of the agreement to let us know that you want to cancel. You can send an email to email@example.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find in the section “Right to withdraw” further up in these terms of service.
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.
If you have given your consent for the delivery to start, and you still want to regret, you must be aware that we will charge a reasonable payment for the part of the subscription that has already been delivered, which amounts to the price of the product(s) plus shipping costs.
We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we have been notified that you want to cancel the subscription. We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
PROBLEMS WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION

The Danish Sale of Goods Act's deficiency rules do not apply to subscriptions.
Whether you have a 2-year right of complaint according to the rules in the Danish Sale of Goods Act depends on what is to be delivered in accordance with the subscription agreement:
DELIVERY OF GOODS
When ordering goods, you have a right to make a complaint within 24 months. Contact us before you send the item and otherwise take a closer look in the section above – Complaints.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the deficiency. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
