Jacob has been struggling with acne since he was a teenager. In a conversation with Charlotte from NØIE in 2021 he says:

»It reminded me of the Garden of Eden as there were too many products to choose from. There is so much stuff and "You got to use this one, but don't use that one." So I ended up buying a ridiculous amont of products, and they didn't work.«
